Approval for up to 90 units in the Surrey Hills National Landscape

 

Working with United Learning and DHA Planning, markhantonstudio has helped secure a site allocation for up to 90 residential units in Waverley's Local Plan Part 2: Site Allocations and Development Management Policies Pre-Submission Plan Addendum (October 2021). 

What's impressive about this is that the site lies in the Surrey Hills AONB!

MHS prepared the Landscape and Visual Assessment, as well as a Concept Masterplan/Development Framework that illustrated how development could sit sensitively in the AONB location and provided enhancements to it.
