Something exciting is taking shape at the former Folkestone Racecourse and around Westenhanger Castle: a new town park for Otterpool Garden Town. Over the coming months I’ll be sharing glimpses of the emerging design. Today’s preview shows a proposed tree‑lined promenade following the alignment of the historic causeway that once linked to the castle.
